These terms apply to website design work carried out by CreatorBrain Studio. They are draft UK-focused guidance and business details in square brackets need to be confirmed.
Quotes and pricing
We offer fixed-price website packages: Starter Website — £149 (One-off); Business Website — £349 (One-off · most popular); Ecommerce Website — £550 (One-off). Any additional pages, products or functionality are quoted separately. A fixed quote is agreed in writing before work begins.
What is included
- Mobile-responsive design.
- Contact and enquiry functionality.
- One agreed revision round per project.
- The final number of pages and features agreed in your quotation.
- A clear project scope agreed before work starts.
What is not included
- Unlimited revisions — extra revisions can be quoted separately.
- Free lifetime hosting — hosting is arranged and paid by the client.
- Guaranteed delivery times — timescales are agreed realistically in writing.
Hosting and domains
Clients are responsible for agreed hosting and domain costs. We can help arrange these, but ongoing hosting and domain fees are paid by you.
Your responsibilities
- Provide the information and content we reasonably need to build your site.
- Review work and give feedback within your agreed revision round.
- Pay agreed invoices on the terms stated on your quote.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on your quote. Work begins once the agreed deposit (if any) is received. Prices are stated in pounds sterling and may change for future projects.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the website files, images and text created for you as part of the project. Third-party tools or assets remain subject to their own licences.
Cancellations and refunds
If a project is cancelled, you pay for work already completed up to the point of cancellation. Deposits may be non-refundable for work already started, as stated on your quote.
